Byram (head) is expected to resume practice in a non-contact sweater Monday, Adrian Dater of Colorado Hockey Now reports.

Byram was on hand for Sunday's practice but only from the bench in street clothes. "Bo is going to skate tomorrow (Monday) in a non-contact (jersey) with the team," Avalanche coach Jared Bednar said after Sunday's practice. "It seems like he's been doing better over this break, so if things go well, it's a day to day thing. If things go well, we can start ramping him up." Byram was listed as out with a head injury Dec. 1 and hasn't practiced since.
