EDGE Analysis

Prior to the Christmas break, Hyman missed three games due to his shoulder issue. The winger is currently bogged down in a five-game goal drought dating back to Dec. 1 against Pittsburgh. It's the second time this season Hyman has gone on an extended slump, having previously gone goalless in seven straight games in November. Still, he should be in the mix to rejoin the lineup in a top-six role with either Connor McDavid or Leon Draisaitl which sets him up well to get back on the scoresheet.
