Sergei Gonchar set a franchise record by registering an assist in his ninth straight game Thursday. He broke the record of eight games with a helper previously set by Filip Kuba in October 2008. Gonchar has been ridiculously hot of late, amassing one goal and 13 assists over those nine games. Gonchar will eventually cool down, but owners should run him out there for as long as this streak continues.
