Seidenberg scored the team's only goal in a 6-1 beatdown by the Lightning on Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
The 35-year-old has come out of nowhere with five points in 10 games to start 2016-17. Seidenberg barely managed to make a drop in the fantasy bucket last year with 12 points in 61 games, so this burst of production with his new team is unexpected, to say the least. Perhaps the biggest sign that the goals won't continue to come in with such regularity is his shots on goal total, which currently sits at just 11. Still, he's got a tidy plus-7 rating and averages close to 19 minutes of ice time, so he might be worth a look in the short-term in daily contests while he's rolling like this.
