Sean Monahan added 11 pounds of muscle over the summer. That brings Monahan up to 200 as he sets his sights on a roster spot with the Calgary Flames. He's also been spending the summer studying video of NHL centers. The Flames took him with the sixth overall pick in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft after he recorded 31 goals and 78 points in 58 OHL games last season.
