Sean Couturier is in the hospital under evaluation after being struck in the head by a shot on Saturday. "We still don't know [full details]," said Flyers GM Paul Holmgren. "Thank God he turned his head in time where it didn't hit him in [the face]." Couturier's baseline tests were similar to his preseason scores, which means he might not have a concussion, but Holmgren thinks that doctors are still checking to see if he has any damage to his skull or "any internal damage."
