Sean Avery, who was arrested on the charge of battery of a police officer, has been released after posting a $20,000 bail. Avery allegedly shoved a Los Angeles officer, who arrived at Avery's Hollywood home in response to a neighbor's complaint about the noise. Avery was arrested at 12:30am. He is scheduled to appear in court on September 2nd. Avery could be fined up to $2,000 and/or spend up to a year in jail if he's found guilty.
