Both of Seabrook's helpers were of the primary variety, helping him to the 30-assist level for the second straight season and also the fourth time in his career. This guy's on-ice vision is 20-20, and there's plenty of value extracted from a defenseman who's picked up 15 points on the man advantage so far. While he may not rank among the elite, he makes for an excellent No. 2 fantasy option in most formats.
