Schlemko sustained an apparent leg injury in Saturday's game against the Canadiens, Curtis Pashelka of the San Jose Mercury News reports.

Schlemko came up lame in the second period. Prior to departing, the defenseman hoisted one shot on goal with two PIM in 10:27 of ice time. Team Teal carried seven blueliners into this most recent contest with Dylan DeMelo acting as the healthy scratch. DeMelo figures to be the replacement if Schlemko misses any time, but then again, it's worth noting that the Sharks won't play again until Dec. 7.
