Ruslan Fedotenko has signed on the dotted line with Philadelphia. He agreed to a one-year, $1.75 million deal with the Flyers after spending the past two seasons with the New York Rangers. In 2011-12, Fedotenko produced nine goals and 20 points in 73 games. He started his career in Philadelphia in 2000-01.
