The 22-year-old exited Thursday's game against Carolina late in the first period after suffering a shoulder injury. After his MRI on Friday, it has been deemed likely that the Michigan-born center will remain out until after the All-Star break. Ottawa's first game after the break is scheduled for Feb. 7 against New Jersey.
