The Wild placed Marcus Johansson (lower body) on injured reserve in a corresponding move, so Beckman could be in for an extended stay with the big club. Beckman has yet to appear in an NHL contest this season, but he could draw into the lineup against Arizona on Thursday, especially if Mats Zuccarello (personal) is unavailable.
