Luff will switch placed with Cole Smith who was sent down to the minors in a corresponding move. With Nick Cousins (lower body) dealing with an injury, Luff could immediately step into the lineup versus Florida on Tuesday. In his previous 10 appearances for the Preds this year, the 24-year-old Luff has tallied one goal on eight shots, two assists and 13 hits while averaging just 8:57 of ice time.
