Rangers GM Glen Sather says a decision on Brad Richards' buyout is "coming shortly," according to Rogers Sportsnet's Chris Johnston. The Lightning and Flyers will make expensive buyouts with Vincent Lecavalier and Ilya Bryzgalov, respectively, so it wouldn't be surprising if New York went down a similar path with Richards.
