Radulov scored a goal along with three shots, one hit and one blocked shot in a forward-high 20:13 of ice time in Tuesday's 4-3 loss to Ottawa. The goal extended his point streak to seven games.
EDGE Analysis
Radulov often finds himself deftly teeing up goals for others -- his previous eight points were attributable to assists -- but let's not forget he was a prolific goal-scorer in the KHL and his goal Tuesday had flair. After gaining the zone, he slipped the puck through Senators forward Mark Hoffman's legs, then went strong to the net where he beat Craig Anderson. Eighteen games into his Montreal career and the addition of Radulov has been a success. He brought with him a reputation for not buying in or being a polarizing figure -- a holdover from his previous brief stints in North America -- but he's been a model teammate with the Habs.
