O'Reilly entered the NHL's COVID-19 protocols Tuesday and will miss at least 10 days of action, Jim Thomas of The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.

O'Reilly will be sidelined until Nov. 7 against Anaheim at a minimum. This is obviously a big loss for the Blues and fantasy managers alike, as O'Reilly has gotten off to a hot start this year, having racked up two goals and five points through the first five games of the season. With O'Reilly facing an extended absence, Robert Thomas will likely be tasked with taking on a larger role for the foreseeable future.
