Piskula was recalled from AHL Milwaukee on an emergency basis Saturday. With the Predators ruling out defensemen Shea Weber, Roman Josi, and Cody Franson for Saturday's regular-season finale against the Stars due to minor injuries, Piskula will get the chance to make his first appearance of the season for the Predators. The 30-year-old has appeared in 12 career NHL games with the Kings, Flames, and Predators, failing to record a single point.
