Pietrangelo got his right leg tangled up with the Rangers J.T. Miller late in the first period and skated off the ice gingerly when the period was over, Jeremy Rutherford of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.

Pietrangelo soldiered on, but was the last to come back on the ice for the second period and ended with a season-low 21:11 of ice time in the Blues' 5-0 loss to the Rangers. We'll have to see how St. Louis' captain responds heading into Thursday night's road game in Dallas.
