Perry was protected by Anaheim and will not be available to Las Vegas in the expansion draft, NHL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
After recording a 16.0 shooting percentage over the previous three seasons, Perry dropped to a career-low 8.8 mark in 2016-17, and he had his worst fantasy campaign since becoming a regular in the league in 2006-07. While the 32-year-old winger is clearly past his offensive prime, there is still plenty of fantasy potential, and Perry is a prime rebound candidate heading into next season. It was also encouraging to see him record 11 points through 17 playoff games.
