Perreault will play left wing on the Jets' second line Sunday against Calgary, Ken Wiebe of the Winnipeg Sun reports. Perreault had been serving as the Jets' third-line center, but didn't do much to catalyze that unit with only one point in four games. While that wouldn't normally warrant a promotion, the team's desire to get some better center play in their bottom six will indirectly benefit Perreault. He'll now get the opportunity to play alongside more offensively-talented mates in Mark Scheifele and Blake Wheeler, filling the spot Evander Kane manned before suffering a knee injury in the Jets' first game.
