Pavel Datsyuk will visit with doctors this week to determine if he requires surgery on his left knee. "If he (Datsyuk) feels good, a doctor isn't going to force someone to have surgery," GM Ken Holland said. "It'll depend on how Pavel is feeling and what he wants to do." If he does have a procedure then it's expected to be a minor one, which would carry around a three-month recovery time. Datsyuk missed 30 games this season because of a sore knee.
