Pavel Datsyuk will miss Wednesday night's game because of a head injury. He hasn't skated since taking an elbow to his jaw on Saturday against Ottawa and has been experiencing concussion-like symptoms. It should be noted that the Red Wings aren't calling his injury a concussion and he was able to ride a stationary bike on Tuesday.
