His eighth marker of the season was scored in highlight reel fashion, as he danced through four Predators in the middle of the ice on an end-to-end rush. Datsyuk is renowned across the league for his sublime stickhandling skills and his ability to dangle, but even he was thrilled with the result of the play which was evident from the emotion he displayed when the puck went into the net. He extended his scoring streak to five games in the match and has recorded 18 points in 15 contests this year.
