Patrick Sharp (upper body) took part in Wednesday's optional practice. He didn't speak to the media and has missed the past two games with an upper-body injury. "When he's ready and more than ready, we'll get him playing," coach Joel Quenneville said. "But we'll definitely be on the smart side of things."
