Parenteau was picked up by the Devils before the start of the 2016-17 season and he's carved out a solid role. The 33-year-old has three goals and an assist in limited playing time, leaving the door open for a jump into the top six as he improves. For now, the 2001 ninth-round pick remains an unspectacular option in most formats.
