The Blues exposed Paajarvi to waivers when Jori Lehtera returned to the lineup Thursday, feeling he had a better shot at going unclaimed than Ty Rattie, the other expendable forward on the roster. The 25-year-old Paajarvi has yet to fulfill on the offensive promise the Blues thought it was getting when they acquired him from Edmonton in 2013.
