P. A. Parenteau (knee) skated on his own before Monday's practice. He took to the ice for about 15 minutes. He has been out of action with a sprained medial collateral ligament since Mar. 10, but he appears to be getting closer to making a return. Parenteau could be available to play before the end of the regular season.
