Ottawa GM Bryan Murray said he'll try to honor Jason Spezza's trade request. "I don't want to trade the guy, really, and I know I won't get the value, in all likelihood that I should get for him," Murray said Wednesday. "But I think that Jason feels maybe there's a change that he would like to have happen, and if that's the case we'll try to do what we can." Spezza has a modified no-trade clause, which allows him to list 10 teams he doesn't want to dealt to. Murray said he wants a player back in the deal who can help the Senators right away, so a transaction just involving prospects and draft picks may not be enough get a deal done. Trade talks should heat up heading into the NHL Draft.
