Oshie finished the 2016-17 season with 33 goals and 56 points.
EDGE Analysis
It was a banner year for Oshie as he was nearly a point-per-game player with a plus-28 rating and 23.1 shooting percentage. The timing couldn't be better for the 30-year-old forward as he is arguably the top UFA available this summer. Given Washington's cap situation, it could be problematic for the Capitals to re-sign Oshie, although he certainly indicated that he would like to stay in DC. Whether he stays or goes, the U.S. Olympian remains one of the better top-six forwards in the league and should be an early-round pick in upcoming fantasy drafts.
