O'Reilly scored an assist Tuesday against the Flyers, giving him points in three straight games.
EDGE Analysis
O'Reilly now has five points in his past three games and leads the team in scoring with eight points in nine games. After admitting that his offensive play was disappointing to start the year, Buffalo's top center has really kicked it up a notch. He scored 55 and 64 points over the past two years with Colorado and should be able to replicate that total with the Sabres. However, it should be noted that his shooting percentage of 14.3 percent is higher than his career average of 10.3 percent. The goal-scoring pace could slow down while his assists should ramp up.
