Bertuzzi (back) was on the ice for the Red Wings' first practice of training camp Thursday, The Athletic's Max Bultman reports.

Bertuzzi was limited to just nine games last season due to a back injury, but he was highly productive over that span, racking up five goals and seven points, and he appears to be fully healthy ahead of the upcoming campaign. He will, however, automatically miss Detroit's nine games versus Canadian teams due to his decision to forego the COVID-19 vaccine, so that's something fantasy managers will have to take into account heading into this year's drafts.
