Okposo, who is expected to miss six-to-eight weeks with an upper body injury, has been placed on injured reserve retroactive to Jan. 19, according to Newsday's Arthur Staple. The transaction is merely a formality, as Okposo is expected to miss the entire month of February, at the very least.
