Okposo (knee) is good to go for Sunday's contest with the Oilers, Mike Harrington of the Buffalo News reports.
EDGE Analysis
The former Islander was forced to skip Thursday's season opener against the Canadiens after sustaining a knee injury in practice. Thankfully, it appears the injury wasn't too serious and he'll make his debut with the Sabres, likely on a line with Sam Reinhart and Ryan O'Reilly. Despite being so early in the season, the Sabres are already dealing with some significant injuries -- namely to Jack Eichel (ankle) and Evander Kane (ribs) -- so Okposo will be leaned on to make an immediate offensive impact with his new team.
