O'Connor was called up to the parent club on an emergency recall Saturday, with starter Craig Anderson attending to a personal matter at home and Andrew Hammond (lower body) ailing, but he didn't draw into game action with the work being assigned to Chris Driedger. Anderson has since returned, hence the reason for O'Connor going back to the minors. He's merely a depth option at this stage.
