O'Brien is at two points, 36 PIM and 41 hits through 16 contests overall. He's carved out a fairly regular role on the fourth line with the Coyotes dealing with injured forwards, but he hasn't scored much. The 27-year-old could be at risk of exiting the lineup once Nick Schmaltz (upper body), Jay Beagle (lower body) or Johan Larsson (COVID-19 protocols) is ready to return.
