Nikolay Zherdev earned the KHL's best attacker of the week award. He scored five goals, including two game winners, and added two assists in four games with Atlant last week to take home the honor. Zherdev is playing in his second straight year of KHL competition after a disappointing year with Philadelphia in 2010-11, but he hopes to return to the NHL at some point down the line.
