Nieto (ankle) skated Friday for the second consecutive day, David Pollak of the San Jose Mercury News reports. Nieto is tentatively planning a return to the lineup following the Sharks' upcoming four-day break for Christmas. It will be contingent on how much progress he makes with the ankle during practice, but he does at least seem to be trending in the right direction with his recovery.
