Neuvirth (knee) will miss the remainder of the regular season due to a meniscus tear in his left knee, CSN's Tim Panaccio reports.

Neuvirth could possibly return for the postseason in the event that the Flyers are able to qualify for the playoffs. It is unfortunate timing for Neuvirth and Philadalphia as the 27-year-old Czech netminder had been playing pretty well recently, earning wins in four of his last five starts. Steve Mason will continue to start and Anthony Stolarz will be the backup goaltender for the Flyers for the remainder of the regular season.
