Nathan Lieuwen allowed three goals on 26 shots in his first NHL start as Buffalo lost 3-1 to Calgary Tuesday night. Buffalo goaltenders Jhonas Enroth and Michal Neuvirth each suffered an upper-body injury in the past week so Lieuwen got the start for the Sabres. Lieuwen will continue to start as long as Enroth and Neuvirth will be sidelined.
