Nathan Horton's dislocated shoulder will probably require surgery. Boston GM Peter Chiarelli hopes to re-sign Horton, who is eligible for unrestricted free agency on July 5. His procedure could end up buying the Bruins some extra time to try to get him re-signed if other teams shy away from him due to his injury.
