Nathan Horton was playing with a separated shoulder before he suffered a severe concussion. Horton sustained the injury in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference finals after being hit by Tampa Bay's Blair Jones in the first period. Remarkably, he still managed to score the game-winning goal in that contest. We'll keep you posted on Horton's recovery from his shoulder injury and concussion over the summer.
