Nathan Horton says he is ready to go, if the coaches will let him play. Horton has been held out of Boston's preseason games thus far. He admits he is ready to play if he can get the nod. Horton passed his fitness tests Friday and has practiced for five straight days. "I had no setbacks, so I just continue wherever they put me. I'm just going to practice, play, it doesn't matter," said Horton. "It's not my decision. It's just my decision to work hard and do the best I can."
