Though Nash was declared ready to play after missing the Rangers' final two regular-season contests with an undisclosed injury, it appears the winger has a new issue to contend with on the eve of the playoffs. James Sheppard skated in Nash's spot at Wednesday's practice, but for now, the Rangers appear optimistic that Nash will be healthy in time for Thursday's Game 1 versus the Penguins.
