Nash finished the preseason with no goals and just one assist in three games played. Nash had a down year in 2013-14 and has struggled to find his scoring touch that he had at the beginning of his career in Columbus. Nash played in 65 games last season so if he is able to remain healthy, his offensive numbers should increase. For now he is slotted to be on the Rangers first line with Derick Brassard and Chris Kreider but with the possibility of Martin St. Louis playing center and Anthony Duclair making the final roster, Nash's line mates could change.
