Nabokov was the first goalie off the ice following Thursday's morning skate, which lines him up to start Thursday night for just the second time since Nov. 18. He will have a favorable matchup against a Carolina squad that sits 28th in the league with 2.19 goals per game and has won just three of its last 13 games entering Thursday's contest.
