Muzzin netted a pair of assists -- one on the power play -- as well as six shots on goal in Tuesday's 9-2 blasting of the Bruins.
EDGE Analysis
The Kings kind of sandbagged Boston in this one, as they trailed 1-0 with two minutes left in the first period before Muzzin set up Jeff Carter's power-play tally to get the offensive party started. It's been a little under the radar, but Muzzin is in the midst of a full-on breakout this year, and particularly recently -- over the last 15 games, he's put up a stunning 14 points to go with 46 shots. With 31 points now, he's just two shy of Drew Doughty for the lead among King defensemen.
