Monahan chipped in an assist in Wednesday's 3-1 win over the Sharks. Monahan didn't attempt a shot Wednesday, but was able to extend his point streak to three games with a secondary helper on Jiri Hudler's game-winning power-play goal. The 20-year-old has been on fire since mid-January, recording six goals and three assists over his last nine games.
