Mikko Koivu (shoulder) could be out for at least a month, according to the Minneapolis-St. Paul Star Tribune's sources. Koivu might have suffered a separated left shoulder on Saturday, although the Wild haven't confirmed that or the severity of the injury. The Wild have been in free fall mode lately and they have to right their ship quickly if they want to hold onto eighth place in the Western Conference. However, that will be very difficult for them to do if they lose their captain for any extended period of time.
