Mikko Koivu is shooting blanks for the Minnesota Wild eight games into this season. He doesn't have a goal on 18 shots and has accounted for three assists. Koivu is still working hard and his defensive game is receiving great marks from coach Mike Yeo, so he should be able to turn it around soon. Joining him and Dany Heatley on the top line for Thursday's contest will be Cal Clutterbuck, who should add some energy to the combination.
