Mikko Koivu (ankle) will not be able to play on Thursday. The bigger question at this point is if Koivu will attempt to play in the Winter Olympics. He hasn't ruled it out, but it's becoming increasingly unlikely. That being said, the Wild aren't against him attempting to play so long as he gets medically cleared.
